How much does delivery cost?
Standard ~ 1st Class £2.00 (please allow 2 – 4 working days for delivery)
Express ~ Special Delivery £6.00 (please allow 2 working days for delivery)
Eco Delivery ~ 1st Class ( recycled/ reused padded envelope) £1.20 The Little Jewel like to offer an option of a recycled envelope, this will be a padded envelope that has been received by us with post in and which will be in good condition and we will re-label and use for your goods, it’s a cheaper option and saves those lovely trees.
At this time The Little Jewel unfortunately cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery, if you require something urgently please contact us and we will endeavour to help.
As our items are handmade some items are made to order so please take this into consideration when ordering a bespoke piece, we will always give an estimate of delivery time on bespoke pieces at the point of discussion of requirements.
How will my order be delivered?
All our items are sent via Royal Mail carefully wrapped and placed in a jiffy envelope to ensure they are as safe as possible in transit.
Will my delivery require a signature?
Only items sent via Express Delivery and orders over £50 will require a signature on delivery. If you think you may be unavailable on the estimated delivery date, please supply an alternative address when ordering, such as your place of work if you think you will not be able to sign for it at home.
Is International delivery available?
Unfortunately The Little Jewel is unable to accept orders from overseas at this time. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
Delayed or missing orders
We aim to dispatch each order (unless a made to order item) as fast as we possibly can usually within 2 working days (made to order items will depend on what is required and you will be notified of that on enquiry). Once items are posted we are not responsible for any delays, sometimes items can be delayed at busy times of the year or due to extreme weather or postal strikes. In the event of an item being delayed due to these circumstances we will endeavour to get your item delivered at the earliest opportunity but please be aware that The Little Jewel cannot be held responsible for delivery delays as a result of these events. We always recommend ordering in plenty of time for the required delivery date.
If an item does sadly go missing we cannot refund or replace until 20 working days after the date of dispatch as this is the term that Royal Mail deems the items to be lost. If your item doesn’t arrive we ask that you notify us at the earliest opportunity so that we can keep in contact with you and ensure we keep you updated at all times.
Can I collect?
Items can be collected from our address, please contact us for a day/ time to suit. Select the collection option on checkout.
